NACSI AC Panels have been certified as exceeding National Building Code of Canada requirements in the following categories;

The allowable deflection for the 109" panel to meet NBC Snow load Requirements would be
109/360= 0.3" (5/16") (7.6mm) > than any result noted above

The allowable deflection for the 90.25" panel would be
90.251360= 0,25" (1/8") (6.35mm) > than any results noted above

Translating this value ** to wind loads, AC Panel is capable of sustaining wind loads of 7.33 kPa.

The highest wind loads in Canada as per NBC tables is 1.41 kPa  (29.44 lbs/ft^2) for Resolute Bay at 1/100 occurrences.


Results of independent testing indicate that the NACSI AC Panel can support unprecedented free span and compression loads with deflections well within the standards of the NBC of Canada.
